In the nowadays information management system, detailed analysis was not possible, and the information was taken out respectively and operated by Excel. In addition, trend analysis by the entrance and exit of the students involved in local information has been a long-standing issue.

Therefore, we decided to increase the number of management items that we want to analyze in our information management system. Then we are able to realize the detail of multidimensional analysis using BI tools, and decide to make use of wing arc 1st's tools, which are easy to use.

In addition to the analytical information using Excel, the awareness of information utilization has increased by implement an environment in which BI tools can be utilized, based on the renovation of the information management system. From management to system administrators, principals and lecturers, the scope of the analysis work has expanded, and it has changed to a movement as a member of the management layer.
